Shipping policy

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and internationally to selected countries including the EU, UK, US, Canada and a few countries in Asia.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
• All international shipments (outside Australia) are sent on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis
• You (the customer) are responsible for all import duties, customs fees and taxes charged by your country
• These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country
• Duties and taxes are NOT included in your order total and must be paid upon delivery to the carrier
• We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount
• Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to us, and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs

DELIVERY TIMES:
• Australia (Express Post): 2-5 business days
• Australia (Standard Post): 5-10 business days
• New Zealand: 7-14 business days  
• International: 10-21 business days (may be delayed by customs clearance)

All orders are shipped from our facility in Australia using Australia Post services with tracking.
